The Warmup is a BMX-specific warm-up and recovery stand (for wheels from 18’’ to 24’’) which allows riders optimizing their physical capital during a competition.
WARM-UP : pedaling 20 to 30 minutes on the stand before the trial sessions will allow you to get your legs warmed-up and ready for your firsts sessions on the track before the race.
